Comfortable mattresses on beds.
We requested room two doors down next to our mother, because our room was not clean. It was refused.

Staff is not cooperative when requesting a different room. We needed to be near elderly mother and when our room was unsanitary; they refused the room just two doors down. I don't think I would ever stay here again.
