Kentucky Fair Expo and Derby is just 4 miles away. Interstate I-65, I-64 and I-71 are just two blocks away making it highly accessible not only to downtown business travelers but also interstate leisure travelers. Generally the hotel offers best rate in downtown with business amenities. Security guard watching parking lot at night

Great location for those who are going down to Fourth Street Live for the evening. Only a few blocks away great for walking.

The customer service was excellent, the location was convenient.
The carpet was filthy, the bed comforter was not clean, the tub was dirty and the walls were not clean.

I would not recommend this hotel until the housekeeping standards were raised and adhered to.

Nothing spectacular, but significantly cheaper than surrounding hotels and met my needs fine.

Friendly helpful employees, motel needed an up date, fresh coat of paint and better quality mattress.

Very cheap compared to other hotels in that area. Nice accomodations for little money.
Parking lot was covered in ice when others weren't. Key card kept disactivating.

Seemed a little dingy.

The staff was pleasant and light breakfast fare is included. I stayed here one night for business and it was sufficient, but did not strike me as the cleanest of facilities.

It was equipped with a small refrigerator and small microwave so we could buy items to eat instead of eating out.
It didn't have a swimming pool.

The room was quite large and had plenty of room. The only real negative is the bathroom can be seen from the door. It was clean and well maintained.
