The motel was not in good repair.
While the moel was clean, it was in very poor physical shape. The ceiling was cracked and water stained. The bed side lamp had a short and the shower needed replaced. I was glad that my husband and I did not have our kids with us!

Did not like the hotel, had several problems.
Bugs in the room, room security.
The room had spiders and stinging beetles, I had to spray the room. On the first night I was there, the desk clerk had checked someone else into my room, and had given them a card-key to the room, and if I had not had the security bolt on the door, they would have come in while I was sleeping. I had to have the card-key re-programmed each day that I was there. I was forced to move all of my security items out of the room each day while I was gone to meetings, to safeguard my equipment. I was not able to access the wireless internet after the first evening, due to the motel's lobby being too far away from the room that I was assigned to. read more

We checked in late at night and the clerk was friendly.
The room's condition was not acceptable.
For a trip like this, we do not mind the simplicity and lack of amenities in budget hotels, however we do expect them to be clean. This room smelled very moldy and made my allergies flare up immediately. There were large insects crawling on the carpet. The bathroom tiles were black with mold and the ceiling over the tub was drooping down from water damage. Had it not been so late when we arrived, we would have moved to a different motel. read more

Nothing.
Everything.
This hotel had signs that they were re-modeling, but it was just dirty and filthy and the bathroom had mold all over. The ceiling tiles over the bed were badly stained, making it hard not to stare at them and worry about them falling it. It was just not a good experience.

Nothing.
It smelled so awful in our room that we had to leave the door open to air it out the best we could.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom smelled like nasty mildew and it reeked of very stale cigarettes. I couldn't sleep the entire night because I kept thinking that a room that smelled this bad had to also have bedbugs!
