Room was stinky filthy, no bottom sheets, they did not have, the area was definitely unsafe to even walk to car at night, our son was scared, the door lock was busted off, bugs we noticed as we were leaving, we are absolutely disgusted that our family vacation had to involve this kind of disgraceful hotel. Two days after being home, I went to the emergency for a very bad virus, I was asked if I had stayed in anyplace that would be considered unsanitary? I am still recovering, missed a lot of work and would be greatly appreciative to have some sort of compensation back without having to ask any further. read more

It was a very basic room for the night. There were no amenities to speak of. The TV worked, the bathroom worked and there were no bedbugs. Other than that, very simple, spartan and economy surroundings.

Not a thing.
Too nosie, next to highway.

Would not stay at this hotel ever. No coffee in room to make, room too small, crapy TV. But this a one star rate if there was a half star it might have earned. No hair blower, soaps were cheap. Very cheap continental.

there was nothing about this hotel we liked
filthy, terrible, horrible

This was the filthiest, most horrible hotel we've ever stayed at. We slept in our clothes for fear of having our skin touch the bedding. The thin, cheap bedspread had some funky stains and cigarette burns, the sink was dirty, there was some white, powdery substance around the baseboards (roach killer?), grimy, crusty, worn out carpet , & the room smelled really bad.

Attentive front desk staff, room was well kept, bedding was clean and crisp, bathroom was nice.
The area seemed unsafe, bed was too hard.

Good for a place to sleep.

The owners were very, very, nice! They were the only good thing about the hotel.
The room was not very clean and the handle on the toilet was broken.

The hotel was much worse than I expected. Hotel prices were very expense in the surrounding area, but it would have been worth it to pay a little more and not have to stay at this hotel. The owners were very helpful and very nice the only positive thing I have to say about the hotel.

Conveniently located close to hwy 101.
I could feel the bed springs poking through the mattress.

Unattractive shabby and uncomfortable. Nice staff.

None.
Everything.

We reached late and there were only 1 room left. This room was in terrible condition (dirty, broken A/C, etc). The staff could not do much as he mentioned that his manager was on vacation. There was a fan in the room (which to me, implied that someone knows about the broken A/C in the room but did not try to fix it before that). We ended up not staying in that hotel. However, due to the long weekend, all hotels in that place were fully booked causing us lots of troubles to get another room to sleep in. Will definitely not go back there. read more
