Location.
It was filthy!
Old and filthy is all one could say about this sad little hotel. The price was too high for dirty, stained bath towels and a room that smelled of old cigarette smoke. It was clearly marked on the door that I was staying in a non-smoking room, yet the stench affected my allergies to the point of lost sleep. This hotel is clearly only a business venture for the owner and lacks any sign that the customer matters. Don't stay at this hotel. read more

Price was good, location was convenient but location was in depressed area.
General poor maintenance of room and poor facilities in lobby and halls, odor, outside doors not locking.
Hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable for a quick stay where sleep is the only concern. Facilities were very minimal, decor was poor, most things worked except TV remote. Managers were friendly enough, but remote was not fixed when they promised to fix it. Neighbor hood was somewhat depressed and threatening, but was convenient to shopping and fast food. There was no lock on outside doors to the upper floors. Halls were poorly decorated and a very stale odor was noticeable.

I liked that it was private.
The sheets and the comforter were reused in some rooms.
Overall it was ok it wasnt what I expected far as convenience of appliances.

It had hot water for the shower.
For one the windows did not shut or lock.
The only thing good was we were 5.5 miles from our workshop. Even though it was the best price it does not meet up to your customary standards. We cut our stay by one night.
