Econo Lodge Williamsville

I usually am pretty lenient with hotels. This one was gross though! Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke! Our first room we checked into was absolutely filthy!! Stains and bare spots on the carpet and a dingy little door that divided us with the room next door. It must have been made out of paper because we could hear everything next door! We requested another room which was OK. I had to fix the window as it was off the frame (and no one could be bothered to fix it, minus a piece of paper folded up)! Good continental breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but not for 2 nights. Definetly a one night stay, but we might not go back.

Would stay again as satisfactory to our needs.

Overall, this hotel was a good, cheap place to stay. Affordable--and delivered. We had some water damage on the wall by our bed and in the bathroom. To me, not a big deal. Breakfast was good. Go if you want an affordable convenient place to sleep. Only 35ish minutes from Niagara Falls, and way cheaper than hotels in the Falls area.

When we arrived and went to our room the bed wasn't made and there were no pillows. There was bed frames and trash in the hallway. The room looked to be under construction. In the room next to us there were people playing and singing music
- LOUD. When we went back to the front desk the Managers response was "What do you want me to do about it. After 10 minutes of yelling she finally switched rooms. It was so dirty and smelly that my wife slept in the clothes she was wearing. Please don't go here. It is not worth it. read more

Good location, clean and friendly staff!

There was a serious plumbing problem, could not use our toilet in the am. Very inconvenient! But we had a good night sleep, very quiet.

This is terrible. The room had bed bugs that I was bitten from all over my body! Completely unacceptable!
