Excellent customer service, clean, lots of great amminities, and close to shopping centers. Great taxi service!
Everything was excellent!

I've traveled all over the world during my 29-year Air Force career and stayed in some of the best hotels, but this was absolutely the best hotel I've stayed in!

The room and bathroom were great. The entrance to the hotel was very nice, the staff was prompt to answer any questions and very helpful. The room service staff was quick with my requests. I would stay at this hotel again, when and if I visit Ecuador again.

The spa and gated pool.
The towels are not good when taking into account the price charged.

Very fine, but there is no coffee in the room, and the water given to the guest is insufficient considering the expensiveness of the room to charge for extra water, even municipal systems in Ecuador are not as clean as us, is a bit cheap on the part of Marriott.
