The Hotel has 39 Rooms. distributed into 21 Standards Rooms and 18 Junior Suites.All of our rooms are provided with wireless internet connection, cable TV, minibar and refrigerator. The minibar consists on beverages, food and personal care products. The Hotel offers international food at its BALMORAL Restaurant, Parking zone, two meeting rooms, elevator, with the most competitive rates within the area. Situated very close to a Business District. It is just 25 minutes from the International Airport, El Dorado, and is minutes from the American Embassy. read more

All staff called guests by name. Very good.
Noisy, windows are not noise treated.

Excellent location, friendly, excellent breakfast included, was given a suite for the price of a regular room. Excellent overall rating. I will stay again if rate is right.

I thought the staff was fantastic.
No ventilation and much noise on the street side.

I thought the hotel was good and was a good value with free breakfast. There was much noise on the street side even with the windows closed. I would think they would need to upgrade the windows. The room was kind of warm and they supplied a fan with no problems. What struck me the most was that the room did not have ventilation so pretty much you had to leave the windows open. This was not that bad because the weather in Bogota is 65 to 70 during the day and 50's at night. read more

I thought the staff was great. They did everything I needed and went beyond.
On the main road side, it was very noisy even with the windows closed. I think they should do something about that.

I thought the hotel was fantastic for the money in Bogota. They have a good restaurant and I thought the food was good. Breakfast was free which was great. I had to change my room to a location on the opposite side because it was too noisy on the road side even with the windows closed. There is no ventilation so I had to request a fan to stay cool at night because believe it; it does get a little warm during the day when you are on the top level. I thought the hotel was good and would recommend. read more
