Close to downtown. Easy to walk everywhere.
The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Would not have selected this hotel if we knew that.

The location of the hotel was excellent; close to restaurants and the river. However, the customer service was poor and the pool and hot tub were closed. If we would have known that there was no hot tub, we would have opted to stay at a different hotel.

Additional 3.5 per day fee was not expected.

The survey says it all. Overall stay was good. Not as newly remodeled as the Pepper Mill, but a good vale for the price.

Very confusing getting in and out of hotel through casino. The room was very tight no room to move around. Would not go back.

Convenience of guest room elevators to casino, restaurants, and parking.
Rooms were smaller than expected.

Check in was fast, friendly and efficient with no problems. Rooms were comfortable with all the amenities expected, including an in-room coffee maker, something that is rare inside casino hotels. The room was slightly smaller than what I was expecting, but manageable. The wireless internet was $32 for my 3-day stay, which I find was highly unacceptable. At any hotel, I expect free wireless Internet, with no exceptions. read more
