My family really enjoyed our stay at the El Dorado. We arrived very late and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.
Where to start? It is a shabby, run down casino located in a dead down town. Most restaurants were closed when we needed food.

Avoid at all cost old, the ceilings are about to fall on you a forgotten place.

This is not what we expected from a 4 Star Hotel. Totally disappointed in the transaction.
The hotel room was dated. Could not believe they called it Deluxe. Especially as it has a tiny television.

This is not a 4 Star Hotel. Had to spend money to upgrade to get a bigger television.

Staff was courteous.
Room was poor.

I felt like a second hand rose. Room off in a corner on the 10th floor. A/C did not cool room. Intake filter was
very filthy. Alarm clock went off at 2:00A.M. - the phone constantly flashed with a green light from its data contact. A poor option for Priceline - well under their standards.
