Location and convenience.
Beds were too hard and I liked firm beds.

Location near convention center.
Ice machine did not work and the breakfast was a waste.

Just a bed in a room with a TV and a bathroom. What else do you need. Next time I will look for a hotel with a pool and a true breakfast.
