Hotel was great however the hotel slid a receipt under my door of somebody else with the same name as me and he was in the hotel the same days and his bill was 10 dollars cheaper per night then mine.

Clean, spacious rooms, good staff, nice comp food.
9 floors of triangular inverted motel style overlooking the lounge area which includes a lovely fountain. Guests can look forward to complimentary cocktails in the evening along with complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful lobby, eating area, more upscale than the price suggests.
Quiet rooms, beautiful. Very nice staff. When we got there, late, the last room of the type I reserved had been taken. They upgraded us to the Presidential Suite, for same price, which was fabulous! Really good breakfast, great location. I will definitely stay there again.

Nothing.
Staff seemed like they hated their job. Hotel smelled and staff didn't do anything about it.

Clean beautifully decorated rooms. Friendly and
helpful staff. Breakfast was great and happy hour.
There wasn't anything that I did not like about it.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, there we will recommend it to family and friends and we will be staying there again whenever we are in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was not impressive; had to wait for bowls.
As always, Embassy Suites' floor plan is the big plus. I like the separate sitting area, the mini fridge, and the microwave. Two lamps needed light bulbs, but the engineer came promptly. Breakfast was not impressive and it really took long time to get some clean bowls for cereal and fruit. But if you are in the Cumberland Mall/Galleria area, this is a good choice.
