Loved the free breakfast! Would normally pay at least $12.00 per person in other hotels.
Great hotel for our family. Loved the free drinks and appetizers in the lobby when we arrived. The suite was spacious and well designed with 2 flat screens. Was able to get dressed in the morning and not disturb the rest of the family...great layout. Loved the free breakfast in the morning! Will look for Embassy Suites whenever we travel.

Nice comfortable lobby, managers reception, cook to order breakfast.
Public use of swimming pool.
Very nice, good cook to order breakfast, chef on Friday was not so friendly and swimming facility was used for public child's birthday party.

I liked the location of this hotel.
I did not like the guests at the hotel. They were rude and temperamental.
I love Embassy Suites and I will stay here again. It just so happens that my daughter coughed into her little 8 year old hands and an elderly couple started screaming at her for doing that. How can you help not coughing? it was not done on purpose. The couple was rude and offensive. We got up and left to IHOP. This happened during the complimentary cook to order breakfast.

Friendly staff and free breakfast.
Breakfast was not real good.
This is a great hotel, good location, helpful staff, and the swans in the lobby are pretty cool. The omelet bar is free in the morning but not very good.

Clean room.
Elevators too slow.
Probably not fair assessment since it was holiday but kids screaming and running around drove us crazy. Cook to order breakfast was a zoo. Only one person serving and food was not worth wait. We waited forever for elevators. Would need to come back during a normal week to see if this was normal.

Great swimming pool. The pillows were great. Smoking allowed.
No pay per view movies available & very few channels were available.
I've never been to a 3 star hotel that didn't offer pay per view movies until this hotel. There were kids running up & down the hallways & playing with the elevators until after 11:00 pm. Saturday morning @ 5:00 am their fire alarm was "accidentally" set off for 15 minutes or more. No sleep after that. So, if you're headed to Austin with a car load of kids for sports tournaments, this is your place. Just don't expect it to be quiet. read more

We love staying at Embassy suites. The cook to order breakfast and manager's reception is excellent.
Most hotel that stay in for business offered "free" High Speed Internet.
I enjoyed this hotel very much and so did my family. The indoor pool was nice and could have been a little warmer, but the kids were happy that they got to swim even though it was cold and rainy outside. We have stayed at 10-12 different Embassy Suites and this one is definitely in the top 3.
