Excellent condition, friendly staff and good transportation to the metro.
The hotel was great and they did not ask us how many were staying in our room. Very classy place and excellent breakfast.

Excellent service and suite, great location.
Loved everything.
Would stay there again in a heartbeat. After a long day of traveling,
I was able to check right in, relax, have a nice dinner and able to use the 24 hour fitness center in the morning.
I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the Boston area.

Big, nice rooms, best view (skyline), fantastic breakfast included!
Nothing.
The hotel is just 5min walking distance of the train station from where you can get downtown within 15minutes. If you don't like walking or have your luggage an you, there is a free shuttle bus running every ten to 15minutes from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, the staff is friendly and always helpful, and the pool area is nice and clean.

Comfy room and excellent complimentary hot breakfast.
Hotel parking cost $32 per day and I was unaware until check-in. For that reason I won't return.
Nice rooms, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites.
Excellent breakfast.

Price of food in restaurant.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was wonderful as well as the afternoon snacks. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool water was warm; our three grandchildren loved it. Exercise facility was great.

I loved the complimentary appetizers and soft drinks at happy hour.
Not sure about the neighborhood around the hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised at the overall appearance and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were great. The only thing I wish were provided in the room was a shower cap. I am a girl with high-maintenance hair and was fully expecting to find a shower cap as standard in a room of this star level.

Tasty complimentary evening snacks and hot breakfast.
The Embassy Suites at Logan Airport is a great family-friendly hotel in the city of Boston. It is very walkable to public transportation, has tasty complimentary evening snacks and hot breakfast, has an extremely helpful staff and is a quick train ride to Downtown Boston. The surrounding neighborhood has a great new park/playground for children, some good local eateries, some great views of the city skyline and a rarity in Boston, non-resident free on-street parking. read more
