There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

The staff was very friendly. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling which got some of our cosmetics wet.

Hospitality was great and the location was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located in downtown Charleston. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and all our needs and expectations were met.

I enjoyed the breakfast, location and staff at this hotel.

If you are traveling with children this is a great hotel. Having a 2 room suite is very nice. Also, having a good breakfast prepared right in the hotel when you get up is very convenient. The staff was very helpful. Also, the hotel is located near all of the tourist attractions. There is a lot within walking distance.
