We were most impressed with our accommodations at this hotel. This is the 1st time we had stayed in a suite & we were greatly pleased. The room was comfortable and spacious. We used the sofa bed and even found it comfortable. 2 TVs in the room made it nice; while 1 watched
TV in 1 room, the others sat and talked in the living room. Our location was quiet. The atrium where breakfast was served is very pretty and lots of tables. The next time we are in Charlotte, this Embassy Suites will most definitely be our choice. read more

A great complimentary breakfast, small but reasonable fitness room, great staff, and nice beds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! It had all the conveniences I like in a hotel (fitness room, pool, food) and was close to the attractions we wanted to visit in Charlotte.

Unalbe to locate signs/times for breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff. Room and lobby very clean. Like free breakfast buffet, but had a difficult time finding a sign posted listing the time for the buffet. Staff was clearing food from area while patrons were still eating, removed salt/pepper and other condiments from table while buffet was still serving. The food served was very good and cooked to order.

My was place by the ice and soda machine, I would have prefer a more central room.

I liked the cook to order breakfast.
I did not like that we had to make the front desk get someone to bring us more towels. They told us we had to come and get them.

Overall it was a good stay, besides the fact that the employees did not want to do their job and simply bring us more towels.

Beautiful.

I go to Charlotte every winter for continuing education at Embassy Suites convention center. We enjoyed the stay very much. Beds were very comfortable and the atrium is fantastic. The breakfast which is included is wonderful - eggs or omelets cooked to order with fresh fruit, fresh juice. We enjoyed the stay very much and made an otherwise boring weekend something special.
