Noisy atrium all night, had to buy earplugs, cinnamon rolls awful.

This is very nice except the complementary breakfast baked goods especially cinnamon rolls were really bad, coffee not very good, fruit selection very poor- no containers of yogurt or other protein items available- very disappointing. Ate there 2 days then skipped rest of stay and bought coffee elsewhere. Had stayed at the Hilton Drury Lane Oak brook on last visit. Much nicer for same price we paid for Embassy Suites this time; delicious in room coffee and they had zero noise tolerance and the most wonderful beds. If we had not stayed at the other Hilton, I would have rated this one higher. read more

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were decorated very nicely!!
One of the bathrooms was dirty but we were given another one immediately

The staff were very friendly and the shuttle guy took us to our destination even though it was a little further than their normal travel radius. The rooms were very spacious and up to date with 2 flat screen TV's! The bar was very pricey and drinks were not that great but everything else was great. Free breakfast buffet cooked to order...what else can I say?

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and whenever there was a problem it was taken care of immediately.
Parking space was limited on the weekend.

The lobby area was absolutely beautiful with the plants and live fish pond. The breakfast in the morning really made our day and was quite filling. The staff took care of any our concerns and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveler.

It was great.

The hotel is located in the middle of the Northwest suburbs near to lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. You get a complementary cook to order breakfast and complementry open bar for cocktails in the evening. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. The concourse is beautifully decorated with a stream, flowers and trees.

It was beautiful. Fish in the fountains, funny door hangers instead of DND.
The coffee in the room.

This renovated hotel is close to shopping, the expressway and small town, Illinois. It is so close to the city, as well. Anything you could want it in reach with the best of both worlds - city and suburb. There is a very nice gift shop with good prices.

Very clean and comfortable with perks ie Breakfast and cocktail hour.

This is the best hotel in the area. It has the cleanest and largest rooms with the most accommodations ie refrigerator, micro,wet bar,and coffee maker.
