From street level, you had to take 2 elevators to get to your room and WiFi was not included.

Shower/tub was in bad shape-needed refurbishment.

This is a nice property directly on the Ohio river. Rooms are spacious and include refrigerator and microwave. The manager's cocktail reception is a great value. They offer custom omelets for breakfast, which is great. The pool was under renovation, so unavailable when we went. The rooms were nice, with the exception of the shower/tub. It needed serious work. There was also a weird vent in the shower that was open so far you felt like someone could watch you. Overall nice experience, though. read more

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and a very warm and inviting environment. The location was wonderful on the river and the lobby was gorgeous. The free breakfast was by far the best that I have ever eaten.

The room was beautiful and romantic - the commons area was very nice.
Very difficult to get from garage to rooms.

This was a romantic anniversary getaway and it lived up to everything we hoped for. The room was very nice with a beautiful view and very quiet in the morning. The breakfast was excellent - the little lounge area and commons area was pretty and relaxing. Getting to the rooms from garage was confusing.

The suite was great.
We had to pay for parking overnight and some staff was rude.

I really liked the hotel itself. The price was reasonable and the suite itself was great. Very good location, convenient and safe. My only complaint is that the valet told us we would get free parking, but then a parking charge appeared on the bill the next day.
