Rooms are beautiful, roomy and clean.

Overall it was very nice. Upscale location and interior decorations were outstanding. Beds were comfortable and suite was larger than most. Staff was very helpful when problems occurred.

Poor location, and a hard to find lobby.

I wasn't too impressed with the hotel. The lobby is extremely small and uninviting. I thought at first it was the valet desk. Trying to get from the attached parking garage to the hotel was confusing as well. The staff was friendly enough to get by but did not seem to pride themselves on customer service. The rooms were substandard. After moving to a non-smoking room, the living room area of the suite was very large but the furniture was small and the room felt very empty. read more

Very nice staff and close to attractions.
Bed was small for 2 people.

Overall, I was very pleased. Very nice staff, convenient location and very comfortable place to stay. Another great thing was the shuttle. If you wanted to go somewhere within 2 miles of the hotel, they would drive you and pick you up.

The room was very spacey, could move around without bumping in to each other.
I thought this was a smoke free room, but it did smell like somebody had smoked in our room, before I stayed there.

The hotel was clean, had good people working, and I would stay there again.

Extra charge for WiFi service and parking.

Suite was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Evening reception on fifth floor with outside patios, sitting room, computer center, bar and pool tables.very relaxing. Rates were very reasonable and would stay there again.
