Just a nice hotel.
$9.95 per night of internet.

This is a nice hotel with a great layout for business travelers. But I hate being charged for internet when other hotels in the area do not!

A pleasant place to stay, their breakfast was great.
We would have liked twin beds but got a king size.

Suite room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Hotel was attractive and clean. Great breakfast!
No restaurants nearby. Service staff was very slow to respond.

Beautiful 3* property. Suite room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with made to order eggs/omelets is huge step above other hotel free breakfasts! Indoor pool is small but adequate. Lobby, atrium area is beautiful--glass elevators are a nice touch. Only drawback is no nearby restaurant options. Hotel is very convenient to highway, yet quiet.

The front desk person that checked us in was not professional.

Embassy Suite were usually great, but this one had a unprofessional service at the desk. I had to wait for my room and when I finally went into the room it wasn't clean.

Spacious.
Smelled bad and the air conditioning was not working.

I checked in pretty late and the GSR out me on a floor with no air conditioning. The room smelled bad. It was a handicapped room that made me feel uncomfortable. The phone was not working, so much for a wake up call! I did tell the front desk worker, but she didn't seem to really care for my concerns.
