Very comfortable. Loved the Manager's Reception and hot breakfast that was available!
The restaurant inside the hotel had terrible food.

Excellent facilities. I would recommend everything about this motel to someone, else except the restaurant located inside the motel.

We loved the free continental breakfast & happy hour! Very comfortable beds.

We loved the free continental breakfast & evening happy hour! Very comfortable beds. Great view of the mountains and easy access to many tourist attractions. Enjoyed use of the business center for internet access. Enjoyed the waterfalls inside the hotel, provided a very soothing, relaxing atmosphere.

Feels very upscale, but older.
People in the room next to us were smoking.

The smoke came into our room around 10 pm and by 12:30 am we couldn't take it anymore and packed up. They offered another room, but we decided to go home since it was only an hour away. I can't blame them for another person smoking in a nonsmoking room.

Free happy hour.
Phone bill was
too high!

It was GREAT. I travel often, and I finally found the hotel that I will continue to return to trip after trip!

Indoor waterfall and dining area.
Small bathroom.

Very nice hotel, great staff. All rooms are suites, but the bathrooms are small. They should have taken some of that space and put in bigger bathrooms. Nice business center, little on site snack bar, very attractive stream and waterfall inside the hotel where you eat. Nice fire place to sit by as well.

Breakfast staff and food a plus for travelers!
Lack of hotel management/security during holiday weekend.

Our stay was the weekend prior to 4th of July. Wedding reception at other end (1:00 am plus) was a little noisy, understandable. No security patrolling hallways, young children/young adults running and playing up/down stairways well after 1:00 am (with no adult supervision). Room service dishes remained in hallway half of the day. Our stay was very pleasant few days. Please remove your uncomfortable sofa sleepers and replace with a full/double bed. read more

The atmosphere was very inviting and fun.
The room was rather humid unlike the rest of the hotel.

A great hotel. I've visited before and will continue to do so. The staff was very welcoming, amenities were everything I expected, and the stay was a fun and relaxing one.

The pool and breakfast were outstanding, and our room was very nice.
The bathroom in the room was very small but very clean.

Great hotel for business or leisure and very family friendly, but location to tourist attractions is a little far.

Convenient location right off the freeway.
Hallway leading to room smelled like someone was smoking.

Not bad, convenient on and off highway access, room was nice and clean, interior of hotel was asexpected, however the hallway leading to our room smelled like cigarrette smoke.
