The lobby was pretty and the room was clean.
Staff was shorthanded, some were just rude. Food was not great at all. Pool chlorine so bad that we could not swim in it.

Pool was way to chlorinated for kids, we couldn't even breathe to stay in there and our eyes burned terribly. Food at breakfast very early at 7:00 am tasted cold and hard. Some staff members were VERY rude, there needed to be more people working bar and wait staff. Kids had no fun and so we had to listen to their misery. Horrible experience and we will NEVER go back or recommend that place to anyone!

The location was convenient to the place we were going.
We don't typically care for hotels this size.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was hot and I did not consider the bathroom clean.

Excellent location to children's museum and riverbanks zoo.
Breakfast coffee was turned off immediately at 9:00am.

I stay here every year and will continue to do so because of the convenience and cleanliness. Staff is professional, courteous and the hotel overall is wonderful.

very nice hotel but the breakfast was very crowded and long lines.
One elevator was broke and long lines for the breakfast.

Over all very nice.
