Great breakfast. Room was very nice.
Pool had too much chlorine, burned the eyes. Very little parking.
One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Fridge, nice big TV, microwave, beautiful courtyard area. 2 miles from magic springs.

Atrium & room layout.
No Vitamin D milk, no towels at pool, 10 dollar internet fee per day, poor parking mostly across the street.
Staff was pleasant & competent, room was great. Atrium was gorgeous, breakfast buffet outstanding except no vitamin D milk, just 2% or skim. Cocktails for a buck from 5:30-7:30pm. In house restaurant has food better than regular restaurants, best mushroom soup ever. Had to park far away or across the street. Had to pay 10 dollar per day internet fee for wireless. There were no complimentary towels left in the evening, pool is small & 5 ft at the deepest, skip swimming. Overall one of the nicest and best hotels I ever stayed in and when we do return to Hot Springs this is where we will stay again. read more

Convenient to sight seeing area.
The staff was underprepared for the crowd i.e. spring break.
As stated, the staff was underprepared for the full hotel. The staff seemed irritated that there were so many people in the breakfast buffet line. I did run into the manager and he was very friendly and interested in our stay. The other staff members just seemed irritated.

Nice room, pretty good breakfast.
Nice room and breakfast but had to park several blocks away in a very insecure area from the hotel every night because there were basketball games at the convention center and the hotel did not reserve their parking for paying guests!

My family enjoyed having a clean, neat, spacious room. I enjoyed the spa. My husband really enjoyed the evening cocktail hour and buffet breakfast.
I wish there was a much larger pool available.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it had a little bit of everything for the whole family. Besides the room being very spacious, clean and neat; my husband enjoyed the bar for cocktail hour; my child loved to swim in the pool and ride in the elevator; and I personally loved my own getaway at the spa. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who visit or pass through Hot Springs. read more

Breakfast.
Lots of dogs.
It was great, After 4 days of saving money on breakfast; we were able to spend money in other places. The staff was super friendly and it was always a great atmosphere, whether it was the staff or the other guest.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were helpful and friendly, amazing.
Don't think I have one negative thing to say, this was my first time at an embassy suites, and I am duely impressed. My family and I will be staying at Embassy Hotels whenever possible in the future. Everything was great, room was excellent, breakfast was a hit, we used the indoor pool and workout room everyday (it rained our entire stay. But mostly, we were impressed with the truly friendly staff, everyone was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. read more

The friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to help with a cheerful attitude. It refreshing and appreciated.
Can't think of anything. The chlorine in the pool was maybe a little too strong. I opened the outside door for awhile because it burned my eyes.
We stayed at the Embassy Suites with our son and dog while visiting family. We had a great time at the hotel and seeing the nearby sights. There was a great photo exhibit in the attached convention center, ice skating Downtown, and of course, the promenade, bathhouses and natural hot springs. A wonderful, relaxing visit. The staff was super friendly at all levels. Everyone made eye contact with us and made it a point to say good morning and ask if we needed anything. I needed a fork for some dessert we brought to our room from a restaurant, and one of the waiters attending the New Year Eve's party graciously went to get me one from the kitchen. They got a chuckle out of that. Would love to go back. read more
