Beautiful hotel and lobby.

Loved this hotel. Very beautiful and clean inside. The swans were just an added bonus. The room was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional staff - Professional performance of the staff made our stay better than average.

Located in an area convenient to shopping and major highways. Easy on/off access to the Interstate highway system.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean, the breakfast and happy hour were superb

Conveniently located next to the Galleria, within walking distance, this hotel is a gem. Comfortable and clean with a lovely decor, plus two resident swans, this hotel is extremely comfortable. The breakfasts are superb and the happy hour is a most generous bonus after a day of shopping.
