The breakfast buffet was nice.
Was first given a room that smelled like smoke. Was changed, but bed was VERY uncomfortable and caused backaches for both of us.

Requested a non-smoking room, but 1st room we got was permeated with cigarette smoke. Front desk changed us, but bed in new room had no support at all, and we had backaches for the rest of trip. A/C did not cool very well either. Maintenance came and checked it out, but the temp. was never comfortable unless we left door to sitting area open (then it got to @72 degrees).

I loved the pool and the free hot breakfast.
Being in a smoking room with a child that has asthma!

We usually love the Embassy Suites but I must say this time because we used priceline we got the shabbiest room in the whole hotel. My 11 year old daughter has really severe asthma and the hotel manager would not switch our room and it was so smokey we could barely get to sleep that night!

Large rooms with open floor plan for comfort.

We were in town on a house hunting trip and used Priceline, and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel we got for the money. All the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast
every morning was excellent.

The was beautiful, friendly, and the food was wonderful. While looking out our window to the view of the atrium, I did notice a lady in the elevator with a dog. I loved that. I am a huge animal lover. I would recommend the Embassy and Priceline. Thank you.

It had all the things I needed and wanted. I loved my room!
I wish the internet was free. Other than that it was great!

Great place for work or play. I would highly recommend Embassy Suites to all. I LOVE this hotel chain!

Weekday breakfast layout. Made for long lines.

The stay was great and will book again on my next visit. Staff was friendly and helpful upon every request.

Construction still going on.

Air-conditioning cover in bath was falling off. Door to bath was delaminating and literally falling to bits. Very quiet in the side corridor away from the atrium.

Construction noise unbearable; pool area towels on floor and glasses all over; jumping in pool which was not monitored.

Construction noise unbearable, we were on third floor and construction over us on 4th; called desk several times to move me - could not. Swimming pool needs monitoring and cleaning: towels all over the chairs and floor and glasses from the free drinks all over the pool area; should not allow drinks in the pool; kids jumping in and out of pool; about 25 young boys jumping in and out and horse playing in pool; finally at 9 p.m. they left. read more
