Great breakfast buffet and wonderful swimming facilities!
Nothing.

It was wonderful with a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the bar when we arrived, had great room service, and loved the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. My children loved it also!

Charge for internet use.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff, free parking, breakfast and cocktails. Indoor pool and workout room. Hotel was crowded but noise was not a problem in the room.

Great service! Free shuttle, free happy hour, friendly workers.
No airport shuttle.

I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The front desk staff were very helpful. They recommended fun restaurants and bars. The workout room was nice, the breakfast in the morning was tasty too!

The restaurant was terrible.

Staff was very friendly. The extras that provided were great, it was very crowded and for good reason.

Great facilities and suites were great.
Remote control for the TV was a little non-responsive.

The Embassy Suites is just north of the plaza, very friendly staff and the suites are absolutely perfect. Complimentary cocktails, and full cooked to order breakfast. Wonderful experience.

Helpful, friendly staff; shuttle service; nice manager's reception & breakfast buffet.
Not really within walking distance on the Country Club Plaza like we would have wanted.

We were greeted by helpful and friendly staff upon check-in. After enjoying the manager's reception, the hotel shuttle transported us to the restaurant & picked us up & transported us again to the night-spot we wanted to go to. After a peaceful night's sleep, the breakfast buffet was a nice end to our stay.
