Beautiful setting, the Koi fish and swans were just marvelous.
I had to wait too long for fresh towels at the pool.

I think overall the hotel exeded our wxpectations.

Clean, affordable, safe, good food from room service, great service from all staff, beautiful well appointed room, very clean room and bathroom. Shuttle from hotel to airport. Would stay here again anytime.

Beautiful facility, very welcoming.
Very loud from air planes, car got robbed.

This hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful, however after car got robbed could not comp or give us cheap hotel room and when sleeping in on vacation breakfast was over. Other than that stay was VERY enjoyable!

The hot made to order breakfast and managers "happy hour" are fantastic.
The suite was smaller than we expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders make great drinks. The atrium is beautiful and the swans and water give it a romantic, peaceful feeling. All of the comfortable chairs and tables allow you to relax and be out of your room, to catch up on work or reading.

The room was very clean, the staff nice & helpful, the TV's in the room were great.
The shuttle to the Vegas strip was only every 30 mins.

The Embassy Suites was very nice, clean with a friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, room service was very good, the breakfast was great. The hotel was relaxing and quiet and walking distance from the Hard Rock where we were seeing Duran for our trip. My only suggestion is that the shuttles to the strip come every 15 mins or even 20 mins instead of 30 mins. We spent too much money on cab fares. read more
