Suite was very big, good price.
Even on 8 th floor, street noise was very loud.
Nice suites, fair price, plenty of parking, cozy.

Attention to detail. The welcoming amenities.
This hotel was a welcome respite during our multi-site vacation travel. It was wonderful. The arrival reception, room configuration and breakfast were especially nice.

The breakfast was awesome!
Having to pay so much for parking.
Love the rotunda placement of the rooms. Location is very convenient to the beach, the airport and the major freeways which carry the traveler in any direction. Breakfast was included and really incredible. Missed the evening social hour which looked as if it was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Be prepared for the cost of parking, but know there are lots in the area that can be used for less. Front desk staff were very accommodating and prepared to help with business faxes needing to be sent and received. The business center was adequate. Wireless internet was available for no cost in the lobby area and in the room for about $10 a day. I would be thrilled to get this lodging on any trip to LA. read more

Location to LAX.
Air conditioning did not work.
Rooms are a little older and probably time for a remodel. Nice big rooms however.

Separate rooms were great to accommodate those who got up early and those who slept in.
Made you pay $18 for parking.
Great hotel. Love the separate rooms - perfect for those who like to wake up early while others sleep in. It even had 3 sinks! I definitely recommend this hotel when you're traveling with several people. Only negative, they charge an outrageous $18 a night for parking.

The sheets were a little thin.
Excellent hotel with a nice sitting room. A nice feeling of space. The master bedroom was lovely with a corner placed king bed. It was nice to have the extra sink in the bedroom. Good lighting.

The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Having a full breakfast was a treat. The location to the airport was great and the sound barrier in the bedroom blocked most of the airplane noise. The living/sleeping space was comfortable and the in room amenities were appreciated. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Very comfortable and quiet, complimentary snacks in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning.
There is a charge for internet and the business center has only 2 computers. There was always a line waiting for them.
Beautiful, comfortable, and some nice perks.

It was clean, affordable, and had all of the necessities.
The king size bed was broken down in the middle so we rolled towards the center.
I was very satisfied when I walked into the lobby and was provided with excellent customer service and the atrium foliage was breathtaking with the beautiful sheer descents and waterfalls. I was surprised that there was an open bar from 5:30 pm -7:30pm and there was a hot cooked to order breakfast each morning. It was delicious and not your average continental breakfast they have at most hotels. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is the king size bed was broken down in the middle so my husband and I rolled towards the center. Good thing we like to snuggle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. read more
