It was beautiful and the staff was great. Loved the breakfast and drinks.

Hotel was great. We are non smokers and our room smelled horrible. The rest of the hotel was booked so they moved us to another smoking room that did not smell as bad. The staff tried to great extent to keep us satisfied.

Breakfast was wonderful. Easy access to the Mall of America.

I always enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites. The separate living/sleeping areas are nice and the free breakfast beats anywhere else I have stayed.

The staff were all wonderful, great breakfast, and love the plants.
Pool was small and hot tub jets did not work proper.

I would recommend this hotel and we would stay again. Great family retreat. The hotel staff took care of some guests that were making noise, and we all slept very well.
