Clean and great location.
Way too noisy, plumbing, etc., walls are entirely too thin, beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location is excellent with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, the rooms are a little more cramped than most Embassy Suites where I've stayed and the noise level coming from other rooms and the hallways was annoying. The walls seemed very thin. Not the best overnight experience I've had, that's certain.

The location was great (city) and hotel was pretty.
Very noisy, even in the room with the elevator right outside. Parties everywhere and loud drunks pulling up outside every 5 minutes.

There was an empty beer case by the elevator for 24 hrs. Loud partiers all night. Just when we couldn't handle anymore of the hall party traffic outside our door, we retreated to our bedroom to get some sleep. Forget about it!! Loud, obnoxious (and sometimes fighting) drunks pulling up every 5 minutes in their taxies; at least they weren't driving. Worst night of sleep ever. Hotel room was pretty though. Tip: Stay at the Embassy Suites in Franklin. Beautiful and restful while not too far from the city. read more

Location.
Room was stuffy.

I really don't like hotels that charge extra for parking.

Loved the bed, nice and cozy.
The garage is horrible to drive in.

We had a group of 3 adults and 3 children. We all slept comfortably in the two room suite. The managers reception nightly is nice. Breakfast is pretty good with the normal continental breakfast and also some favorite hot foods as well as a omelet station. The in house restaurant is Omaha Steaks. The food is great.

I liked the bed and bedding.
Would have preferred flat-screen TV's.

Our stay was short. The only problem was our shower didn't work in the morning. They promptly came and fixed it. The breakfast was good also. We really enjoyed the king-size comfortable mattress and bedding!

Everyone was so friendly.
Parking garage was hard to find at first.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful and the after hours reception was very nice! Location in terms of accessing all of Nashville was great. It's on Broadway, which if you go east will take you all the way to Hendersonville via Music Row. And if you go west it will take you all the way to Brentwood. Overall, very nice!
