Location
Dirty, no hot water in sink in bathroom.
There was construction going on at 8:30 in the evening. I was moved to a dingy suite above the noise level of the construction that had dirty carpet, no hot water in the bathroom sink, and the TV in the sitting area did not work. I had to pay $30 dollars a day plus a tip to park my car. I was not told about the parking fee when I booked the room.

Free breakfast and happy hour.
Rooms were a little run down.
I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and found this one a little bit run down in terms of the room. Furniture and carpet was a bit worn and TV's were old. Bathroom shower curtain rod was hanging down. On the plus side, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The suites were great, and the free breakfast and drinks during happy hour were nice perks. One of our rooms was a single room (i.e. a non-suite) that was not nearly as nice as a suite. The walls were incredibly thin and it was easy to hear the neighbors, and the room itself was tiny. I don't know how both the suite and the smaller room were the same price. The wireless internet and valet parking were a bit pricey as well ($14.95 a day for internet, $30 a day for parking. read more

Breakfast bar open in the morning.
Parking. Location.
Age of bed (The bed was blown out).
Hotel requires you to pay 30 hours per day for mandatory Valet parking regardless of duration vehicle in the their possession. Bedroom were very old. Too expensive for what you get.

Very clean and well laid out hotel.
Initial check in was cumbersome. Mostly because of slightly rude clerk.
Very nice hotel. Hotel amenities were plentiful and the staff was very nice. Slightly off the beaten path but I still highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and courteous.
The restaurant was not at the level I expected.
I found the hotel to be clean and inviting. The breakfast provided was excellent. All of the staff was available and helpful when needed. The rooms were clean and very inviting.

Nothing--everything was fine.

The staff was great. Very friendly and informative. Room was very comfortable, food was excellent.
We did not have hot water in our room, so our showers were luck warm, but they comp. our parking (30.00) to make up for it.
Highly recommended, great location, wonderful staff, pool was nice and the breakfast exceeded our expectation. Awesome experience.

I liked the classiness and the total privacy we received.
The lack of snack machines for those midnight munchies.
When we got to the hotel, late, we were stilled received with a positive attitude. After our long trip, we were hungry, but got to the dining room as it was getting ready to close. The dining room staff accommodated and served us with smiling faces and delicious food!
