Paying for parking.

We've stayed before. We like everything about the hotel, rooms, views, service, restaurants, etc. The only thing we didn't like is paying $30 for parking.

Very crowded with many families.

Well situated, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, etc. Loved the breakfast buffet which is included with the price as well as the manager's reception. But because of labor day, we paid more for the hotel than we had planned.

The view was beautiful.
Only one elevator for the 1st to 18th floor. It was always crowded and you had to wait a long time for an elevator.

A great hotel for a family. We had the room we needed and could really enjoy ourselves.

Shuttle busses were not marked on the out side of the buss and the buss map was not clear on pick up locations

The hotel has great rooms and friendly staff. It needs to improve some to be a four star hotel.

This is an amazing hotel. Big, overlooking the falls, everything right in the hotel. Huge suite size rooms. Definitely a great value for the money. Travel desk printed out map quest for me to get to my destination as I was leaving. Valet and Bell Hop were excellent and even took the time out to provide perfect driving and walking around directions. You get so much more at this hotel then you expect. They have a person that greets you a the valet area, a valet driver and a bell hop all while you are getting out of your car. Free full buffet breakfast and a cocktail in the evening. read more

Amazing View from the Falls View rooms!
Thin walls so can hear people in rooms adjacent to you.

Had a great stay at the hotel for 1 night. Walking distance to the bars and Casinos. Breakfast in the morning was awesome and delicious too!

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds.
Had problems at desk paying for 2 rooms on one card.

I would recommend this hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, the proximity to the Falls, especially the incline railway that gets you to Table Rock in short order. The Keg restaurant was super and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding although somewhat chaotic due to the seating.
