The hotel was very nice, when we arrived they made every towel, napkin, tissue, etc. form a little sea shell, and everyone was helpful.
There is no self parking, so your forced to pay $18 for Valet parking. I didn't like that.
I thought the hotel was exceptional, I would stay there again. I really didn't like the parking situation. You had to pay for valet parking $18. That was the only downside.

Very nice rooms.
To noisy that we could not sleep.
First of all the outside traffic was too loud to fall asleep. Room next to us, people came in drunk and started fighting and their children were crying. We called front desk at 3:30am and again at 4:30am. They said security would come, but the fighting never stopped. I feared for the safety of the children and started to call 911.

Kitchen staff hustled to provide breakfast early for unexpected onslaught of guests.
Shower terrible, couldn't turn off ceiling fan, light without standing on chair - desk was not helpful when asked.
Some of the front desk personnel were less than helpful when approached. Ceiling fan, light was on over bed, and two senior women could not turn off without climbing on a chair. The front desk seemed unconcerned, and did not offer assistance. The next morning, the front desk personnel ignored us and left us standing there while she performed some (unknown) task for extended time. Valets were WONDERFUL, as were kitchen staff. Shower head is old, and very poor, and water flow was very obstructed. Needs replacing. read more
