Embassy Suites Hotel Orlando-North

Had to be moved due to a barking dog in adjacent room; phone did not work in bedroom, cold water faucet/knob was broken in bathroom.

This hotel more than met expectation. The rooms were large and clean. The first floor dining area was beautiful and the pool and spa excellent. We had room service and the meal was not only prompt but exceptional.

Customer service, food, accommodations and location were excellent.

This was a very comfortable hotel. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that you also offered happy hour. Room service was excellent and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends. You exceeded my expectations.

The first night we were put next to the elevator but when we called the front desk they moved me right away. I really appreciated how quick they were willing to fix the problem & we were put in another room in about 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful. I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to all my friends.

Clean accommodations. Noisy with actual loud air hammer drilling adjacent to room. A complaint to service staff was futile. Finally, offered lower scale room as way to escape the noise. "Otherwise you just have to live with it for 3 more hours". Service staff was not very friendly or helpful. Despite requesting and paying for a "deluxe" suite it only met moderate standards. Restaurant staff was friendly although the food was only mediocre. Generally, I hope the entire place and its employees receive a much needed renovation! read more

Very relaxed atmosphere, great view. I felt right at home. I will definitely be back.

We appreciated all the amenities the hotel offered. It was not geared to families with young children, any safety outlet covers, any toddler toilet seats or stools. The breakfast buffet was a great time saver and the room service was great for late night snacks. The location was great, easy access and many restaurants close by. The adjacent park was beautiful.
