The staff was very accomodating and friendly.
The first room, we where given was very moldy and did not smell good.

Overall,
this hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

The lobby and general layout.

The hotel was older but extremely well maintained. The staff took no exception to the fact that a room was being made available at a reduced rate. They treated you as a privileged guest and breakfast was wonderful. Not surpassed by anyone.

No free wireless internet in rooms ($9.99 for 24hour).

Everything was great. Clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. But then: No free wireless internet! Big downside for business travelers!

Happy hour & rooms were suites.

This hotel has very spacious rooms and great amenities. The Happy Hour each evening was a nice touch. The hotel was convenient and clean. I would recommend to others!

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is old and needs a complete renovation.

It wasn't terrible but it was definitely not a 3.5 star experience. My room had several problems including a broken closet, a nightstand drawer that would not close and dirt marks as well as obvious patches on the wall. Usually Embassy Suites are quite nice but this one is terribly outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. The breakfast was okay but the fruit as well as the oatmeal was not covered and the fruit flies were all over it. Also the WIFI was an extra charge daily. I would not stay here again. read more
