Filthy room, changed second night.
Front desk OK, 1st room absolutely filthy, 2nd room OK. Poor example of an Embassy Suites. Unless you have tons of kids & need the room stay somewhere else. Doorman advised against walking in neighborhood after dark; he said a number of car break ins had occurred.

The welcoming staff.
Parking cost
The staff was very friendly and the nightly manager's reception was a nice touch. The rooms were well laid out and attractive. The hotel was in a very good location; easy to find and not far from public transportation.
