I loved the custom-made omelet for breakfast and all the other choices. And it was included in the cost of the room.
The size of the bathroom was a bit small.

The breakfast buffet and reception was very nice!

Excellent hotel. As a provider of concierge staff for luxury condos, I was less than impressed with some of the staff at the hotel. We push customer service first, and there were a couple (one at the front desk and one in room service) who just didn't make the cut, for us. The front desk was exceptional, and crucial, to us enjoying our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, regardless of the two staff members who really do need more customer service training. read more

This hotel was immaculate in all areas, public and private. Much better than Courtyard by Marriott - no comparison!

This hotel is attractive, clean and the staff friendly, helpful and courteous.
