Love breakfast and the evening happy hour included, and the location.
Thin walls felt like
I was rooming with the neighbors!

I always try to stay with the Embassy Suites because you know what you are getting. Maybe groups like guest together if the walls are going to be that thin, the kids next door crying and parents yelling was kind of a downer for me.

Location to event attended.
Upgrading rooms and smell of carpet glue.

The room was very welcoming and the bed was extra comfortable with the feather topper. There were sufficient pillows to chose from. The towels were plush and large enough to wrap up in. There was a mini micro and refrigerator. The restaurant had excellent food and the service was friendly. The atrium area was always clean and the cook to order breakfast was fabulous. Appreciated the availability of a computer. Great experience! read more

The suite we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and roomy for three adults.
We got stuck in one of the three elevators. Another one was also having problems.

Embassy Suites was the perfect hotel for our business experience. The room was very comfortable and clean; room service was quick and delicious; the daily breakfast was high quality and extensive in choices; the staff was friendly and accommodating from front desk to in-house restaurant and housekeeping. We experienced it all and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay. Has definitely become our choice for those annual business trips. read more

Suite, extra room, layout of room and hotel, location, continental breakfast.
Nothing.

Great downtown location, large rooms, immediate hot water, great shower (water pressure), friendly helpful staff, excellent continental breakfast. Made a long week stay much more comfortable to have the extra room of a suite.

The staff was awesome; very friendly, helpful & understanding, even at 6:00 a.m.
Walking back the 4 blocks from the Salt Palace at 10:30 pm Fri & Sat. made me a bit uncomfortable.

A very refreshing stay, with the very clean facilities, warm & friendly staff, & microwaves, rig in room. I was really tempted to skip the last night of my convention & stay in room just to relax! Thanks to all.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff.
Thinnest walls - lots of child noise.

This was a lovely stay. Partially business, partially leisure. it was convenient, clean and friendly. I accidentally left a package in my room after I checked out. When I called hours later - they had found it and were holding it for me. That's rare. Thanks.

Huge free breakfast, managers reception, piano player.
What was not to like? Awesome.

They have cooks there to cook you a great free breakfast, they have anything you can think of. They have a managers reception for two hours a night which consist of free drinks, wine, juice, pop, liquor, you name it, they got it. Add that to the water features and the piano player and you will melt into bed relaxed like a baby.
