Breakfast.
Swimming pool.
This Embassy Suite was not as nice as other Embassy Suites that I've frequented. The staff was grumpy and slow.

Very nice room and amenities. Hotel staff was exceptional.
Pool area was being renovated - could not use changing rooms.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The room (a two room suite) was very nice especially for a small family. The hotel staff was great taking care of all our needs in a timely manner. The amenities were nice particularly the managers reception and a.m. made to order breakfast - a very nice touch.

Nicely appointed rooms. Great cook to order breakfast.
Difficult to access. Construction/remodeling restaurant.
Nice hotel, just difficult to access off the highway (had to make a couple of loops around to be able to exit and pull across traffic into the parking lot). Wish we would have known about construction/remodeling beforehand. Comfortable rooms. Great cook to order breakfast. An overall good experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
The televisions in the rooms were older model 27 inch analog TVs. I would have expected flat panel HDTVs from Embassy Suites.
The hotel was very nice, but there were multiple minor issues that added up. When we checked in, the person informed me that my master card had been declined. I was horrified at first, but then baffled, as I don't have a master card. He was mistaken. When we got our room, the carpets were wet and a large fan was in it. I immediately called to the front desk and they said they would send someone up. Ten minutes later, we received a call and they asked us to change rooms. They sent a housekeeper up with a new key. In our new room, the TV remote did not work. Taken together, I must say I was disappointed by the service. read more

Check-in guy worked really hard to find us a room after the one we booked wasn't available.
Room was a little dark, still felt a little old.
Loved the suite. It felt a little dingy / old but overall everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. Ellington's, the hotel restaurant was very good. The kids loved the indoor pool. Overall great.

I liked the overall ambience; it had a quiet comfortable feel.
Our room was located by an employee & our room smelled smoky & there was a main door that locked our area with another room.
Overall I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and I would stay there again. I would just know which rooms to avoid. The hotel was very nice and it had a real homey feel to it.
