The ambiance was superb, the room was very nice.
The location is hard to get to even once you know where the hotel is located.

My overall experience was very nice. It was a little crowded with vacation travelers but that is the chance you take anytime you travel. The playground for my grandson was excellent and the pool was very well taken care of. I loved the room and the hotel staff.

This Embassy Suite was not as nice as other Embassy Suites that I've frequented. The staff was grumpy and slow.

Check-in guy worked really hard to find us a room after the one we booked wasn't available.
Room was a little dark, still felt a little old.

Loved the suite. It felt a little dingy / old but overall everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. Ellington's, the hotel restaurant was very good. The kids loved the indoor pool. Overall great.

Our room was right across from the elevator - which was a very noisy area even after 10 pm.

Great rooms and friendly efficient staff.

This was a great hotel for my husband and our children. We wanted a romantic/children friendly hotel and this was perfect. The staff was great and very good with children. We loved the complimentary hot breakfast.
