Extremely helpful, courteous staff; dramatic public space.
Infrequent airport pick-ups.

This is an airport hotel that strives to give the feeling of a resort. It has a dramatic, open lobby where all of the hallways are balconies. In our case, we had to wait a long time for transportation from the airport; however, when we arrived the person who checked us in was extraordinarily professional and courteous.

The room was quite. We felt like we shut out the world.
You had to pay $15.00 usd for parking.

Excellent hotel. We were very pleased with the room and helpfulness of the staff. We would stay here again.

Excellent, kid friendly, clean, wonderful shower and bathroom facilities, staff was extremely helpful, freeway accessible, beautifully designed suites. Looking forward to staying at Embassy Suites in the near future. Thank you!

The breakfast was great and we loved the pool hours also.
The bed was not good. Way to small.

It served our purpose. Close to airport and had a shuttle. Loved the breakfast included with stay.

Fitness room; complimentary hot buffet breakfast.
I pretty much liked everything.

Had seminar at nearby 3 Star hotel. I got a much better price with Priceline that included hot breakfast and happy hour! I don't think they charged me for the parking either!

service in the bar was terrible.

Over all the hotel was really nice, only thing was the bar, if you were at tables good luck, the bartender would only wait on the people coming up and sitting at the bar after you had been waiting for quite sometime at a table.
