Nice hotel in a nice location. Rooms and linens were clean. The room was a little smaller than I expected for a 3.5 star. The only complaint would be bed was close to the door and heard several doors down the hall slamming shut.

Staff was very helpful, we would proably stay here again.
Parking was $33.00 plus $3.96 in taxes, the gym was lame.
Location was good to museums and attactions, and to public transportation.

Free hot breakfast, location, manager's reception, and the restaurant's food.
The unpleasant, and not helpful reservation agent when I called for assistance but Priceline agents helped me.
The hotel was worth it's price due to the cooked breakfast, manager's reception, convenient location, great restaurant, large two bedroom suite that was decorated very nicely. The front desk staff could be more pleasant and friendlier. The concierge lady, housekeeping, bell hop, and parking attendance were very nice.

Complimentary breakfast, manager's reception, room size.
Bedroom air conditioning not ideal, could hear a lot of street traffic, even on the 6th floor.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to museum's, friendly and courteous staff, great breakfast, nice room size.

Friendly & helpful staff, location close to major attractions.
The only parking the hotel had was valet parking for $36 per night which I did not expect. Local calls were billed but not marked on the phone.
Overall excellent in all areas & our experience was a definite 5 stars though I would not quite classify it as a luxury hotel. I thought the staff was especially outstanding. I've stayed at hotels across the country & this one was one of my favorites. We missed the manager's reception each evening but the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. The hot tub was actually hot which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was a little over 3 feet the whole length which was great for the kids and still deep enough to swim in. read more

The size of the room was perfect for our family.
The wait for the morning breakfast was too long.
The hotel was booked to the max, so the breakfast and manager reception had very long lines. Plus at one point they ran out of food and limited our selection. Also, their coffee was
so bad.
