Great location, fun splash park for kids, nice staff.
Hard to get in and out of hotel, few elevators for a high rise.
Overall very nice place for the money. Great views and nice pools. Good breakfast and great managers reception at night! Tight elevators located in middle of hotel - only 3 elevators for entire hotel (all 20 floors). Great views from bar and room but need to clean their windows so you could enjoy the scenery.

Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Dirty, cockroaches in bed and no toilet paper.
This hotel was the most disappointing experience we have ever had. This hotel was dirty. We received uncooked food from room service. The pool area was unusable. Patrons placed their towels on chaise lounges in the wee hours of the morning, making it impossible for people to sit and watch their children in the pool area.

It was great. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are spacious and very nice!
Nothing, all was great.
Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet and exceeded our expectations for a quiet weekend get-away! You will never be disappointed if you choose Embassy Suites.

The room was outdated and had a odd smell.

The view of ocean, and pool area so close to beach and hotel room, 2 pools and restaurant at pool area.
The view from our room was part ocean and the top of a roof.
