Location.
Extra charge for a larger bed. Hot water did not work. Small bathroom. TV outdated and small.

Convenient location.
Not rated properly, expected much nicer conditions, no parking available.
This hotel was nicely maintained. The staff was courteous but lacked the decorum of a 4-5 star hotel. There is no parking available except for the $26 per night valet. The carpets showed some wear and spots. The beds were comfortable, It was acceptable but I would not stay in this hotel again.

Close to River Walk.
Just not a 4 or 3 star hotel.
To outdated, rooms to old, comfortable but not 4 stars!

It was just ok. I would not stay there again.
Room and pool were diryt. Spa was broken. Poorly maintained.
It was just ok. I have stayed in 3 star hotels that were cleaner.

The staff was quick in fixing the air conditioning problem we had in our room.
The room we were in was very small and cramped.
The hotel was in a good location - across from the Alamo and a few blocks from the Riverwalk. The staff was friendly and prompt with what we needed. The room we stayed in was a bit small for our taste- not enough room to move around.

Very convenient.
Jacuzzi tub & furniture needed some cleaning.
I love the location of the hotel. The staff very friendly. A great view from the 10th floor. I was disappointed with the jacuzzi tub. I was on my 4th wedding anniversary with my wife and we upgraded on the room to have the jacuzzi tub and we felt that we didn't get what we paid for the tub was dirty with hair still in the tub and the covers on the jets were missing looking very uncomfortable to sit in. Our TV had finger prints on it as well as the coffee table with a crack in the center and you could see cup rings on it. But I tried to look over those things so I could enjoy the trip. read more
