Location is a plus to the River Walk and shopping areas.
My room on this trip was VERY tiny... The bathroom, bedroom & pillows all need to be updated.

I have enjoyed this hotel several times this year. The location is a plus to night life, etc. This time however, I was very disappointed with my room.. much too small... The bed also very small (Full size) pillows, poor quality & not comfortable at all. I found both the room & bath area dated and in need of an update. Parking fees are a bit steep at $26.00 per day

We were given a huge room which was wonderfully comfortable looking over the Alamo.
Staff was good, but could have been more helpful in suggestions, directions, etc.

love priceline, this place was OK, I don't see how they get 4 stars??? go into our room and we were so tired and we looked at bed and their was hair all over the pillows? it was too late for us to complain as we checked in at like around 1:am... had to leave the next day at 6 am..

Rooms were not refreshed timely.

Overall the hotel is a nice hotel, I expected queen size double beds and they were full size. Everyday we had to call for a full size towel.

Need to be able to request 2 queen or double beds upon reservation request!

We do like to spread out and have individual beds, or if we bring our child we need to have another bed for him.

Happy Hour was decent. Really close to Riverwalk/Alamo.
Car was broken into. Didn't feel the hotel was up the star level. Not Clean.

Car was broken into in the hotel parking lot that cost $26.00 to park in. Didn't feel the room was up to the "4-star" level.

Part of the time only one elevator for guests was working.

Overall experience very pleased. Would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby.
