Hotel Guest Reviews of the Empress Hotel Of La Jolla
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 23, 2010

Very nice, convenient to downtown and walking the beach. Clean, nice breakfast selection, we would use the hotel again.

Hotel and breakfast were nice. Rooms offered were small and right next to the bathrooms and riser room.

The room was nice but hot even with the ac on. The refrigerator was loud when it ran. It was in a nice location and the rooms were nice. The parking was not the best but the hotel did offer value for a price.

The hotel and staff couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating us. Loved the stay at The Empress. I thank you.

Very good staff; very friendly. Location was very good in La Jolla Village and there is a good sandwich shop nearby (by the athletic club). Shopping and restaurants are just blocks away.
