The hotel staff was very helpful for me, as an English speaker, the hotel staff was very helpful and professional and met all of our needs completely.
The pool was tiny, so don't let the pool influence your decision to stay here, but everything else was good. No other big complaints.

The hotel met all of our basic needs wonderfully. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and proficient in English, which was important to me, as I speak little to no Portuguese. The hotel was clean, safe, and had everything that we required. It's not a very romantic setting, if that's what you are looking for, but we had a very nice stay.

Comfortable room in a good neighborhood.

The hotel itself was very nice, but I was extremely annoyed about the way the staff interacted with me.
