and helpful. There is free WiFi & 2 computers for guests usage in the lobby area. Ample toiletries were provided in a cute bag for guest usage. We had a corner room on the 7th floor facing the sea/cruise terminal. So had a beautiful view. read more

Personal attention and quality of room.
I loved this hotel because it was close to all interesting areas of Barcelona, especially our ship for the cruise. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The only thing I would recommend would be to upgrade the beds. In the two different rooms we had, beds were really hard. I don't know the reason because you would expect much better beds in a 5-star hotel.

Large, elegant, had a separate dressing room, two-room bath, great view with terrace.
No water pressure, little or no hot water, restaurant not very good, swimming pool was closed.
Great location at the beginning of Las Ramblas. Perhaps the restaurant shortcoming is not so serious considering the number of wonderful restaurants in the nearby area. Everything was really perfect, except for the lack of sufficient water pressure and hot water. It is a lousy way to start (or end) your day.

It was clean, close to everything, and friendly staff.
The rooms reserved have no view.
Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. I would recommend this a good 4+ star hotel. If you don't get a room with a view then go to the eighth floor and you can see all of Barcelona. A great city.

Very unhelpful staff. Completely uncaring.
The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated, and in a superb location for tourists. We arrived at the hotel with a need for assistance from the concierge, however, and could not get help. In fact, we were lied to which led to several days of trouble for us on our vacation. I wish I would've gotten the name of the girl who was at the concierge desk. She ruined our visit to this hotel. read more

Location. We came off of a cruise ship and they had a room available early.
Unfriendly reception. Location of room when hotel had an obvious low occupancy.
Overpriced. Over rated. Good location if you arecruising from Barcelona.
