Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Evansville Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 13, 2010

This was the worst hotel experience that I have had. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities & room were very bad. The room heater was not working. They changed me to a different room and still the room heater was not great. Towels and bed linens were torn. Worst of all, I had left my shoes and socks on the floor. The next day morning, there was a big hole in one of the socks. When I complained to the front desk person in the morning, he was very rude and yelled at me to leave the hotel immediately quoting that I was creating a scene and could affect his hotel business. On top of that, the hotel charged me a $10 resort fee, quoting that it was a mandatory fee. Their swimming pool was not even functional due to claimed renovation. I do not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel even if they let you stay free.

This was probably a nice hotel when it was built 45 years ago. Super 8 type continental breakfast, cereal and bread, the wall paper in the bathroom was painted 20 years back, the first thing I noticed was the dirty, nasty carpet in lobby. There is a motel 6 a quarter mile south for 34.99. The super 8 east is nicer than this. The first room had dirty, wrinkled carpet with gum where you get out of bed. I do not want to stay any place where my socks will get dirty from the carpet.

This hotel was awful. The front desk clerk was rude, the pool was closed for remodeling, and the hotel was run down and dirty. The continental breakfast only consisted of cereal and toast,
no fruit, donuts, waffles, etc.

Beds are hard, rooms are clean, restaurants are too far away.

Hotel was not bad for the piece would stay there again. They need to do a few small upgrades to the rooms add a microwave and a fridge would be nice. Also when another room door was opened in the hall way it would make the door shake like someone was knocking on your door. So all night and threw the morning it sounded like someone was lightly tapping on your door, not unbearable but can get on your nerves. ...
