Lobby was nice. The room was updated and clean.
Hallway smelled like smoke. Public restrooms and pool were dirty. Peeling plaster.
The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was so grimey that I wouldn't get in. I was in a non-smoking room but the hallway outside the room had a very strong stale smoke smell. It was ok for a 1 night stay but I wouldn't stay for and extended period. Probably won't stay there again.

This hotel was dirty and I felt very unsafe during my stay. The outdoor entrances looked like they used to require a guest key/card to enter, but all of the wires at the top of the door were broken and anyone can enter. The bathroom sink handles had rust all over them and our feet were visibly dirty after walking on the carpet in our room.

Price.
Nothing.
No frills, but fine for what I needed. The price was the main reason we stayed. The rooms were large, clean and a typical hotel bed. Would have liked a fridge and microwave, but for the price, it was fine.

I liked they had customer access to a computer and Internet.
I did not like see a roach in my room, the hot tub being way too hot for comfort and there was no food left on the continental breakfast bar at 8:30 am.

The hotel rooms and swimming pool were clean.
One room had ants initially, but we requested a new room and they easily switched us. The woman at the reception desk was curt when we checked in.
My children enjoyed the hotel and the fresh fruits provided with breakfast. There were ants in the breakfast area.

The pool was nice and not very busy.
Room service only came in once in 11 days. And the room had ants.
I would probably not ever go back to this hotel again. Room service came in once in 11 days! I had 3 kids with me and we had lots of trash had to set it in the hallway just to get it picked up! The room also had ants! We never had towels or washcloths I went and bought some at the store so we had them. Not a happy trip

Staff was AWESOME! They catered to everything we needed.
Pool was closed, bathroom floor was sticky.
This hotel is old, with the lobby having been renovated. It has free Wi-Fi, and a great courteous staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. They let us check in early, gave my daughter a stuffed animal, and were extremely friendly. But the pool was not working/open, the lights were not working in the hallway by our room, and the bathroom floor was sticky. Breakfast was cold cereal, instant oatmeal you make yourself, toast you make yourself, and some not so tasty pastries. read more

The hotel was easy to fine and close to restaurants and entertainment.
The hotel is in need of updating and replacement of stained carpets, etc.
The hotel is conveniently located on Hwy 41, at the airport. It is located close to restaurants and the mall, etc. The staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is a pretty basic place; no luxury here. All in all, it was a well-priced room in a convenient location for us.
