TRAM wasn't working in the mornings.
I was hit with additional resort fees at check out. I didn't use any resort features so it wasn't optional you had to pay. It should be included in the advertised price.

Clean room, maid service was very good, probably excellent.
I did not like the $5.25 charge fee for every day!
There were a couple of teenagers or 20 somethings walking the halls in the early morning, I would say about 1 or 2 am yelling or talking rather loudly, making a ruckus! I don't know how you would control something like that. I didn't bother to call desk. Hotel should have a small refrigerator in rooms!
